About the role:
In this position, you ensure that materials are purchased on time and under the best conditions. You support production planning (and partially take over during absence) and assist the sales administration when needed.
What will you do?
- Processing and managing purchase orders in the ERP system (SAP)
- Monitoring delivery times and following up on orders
- Checking order confirmations and identifying discrepancies
- Performing import and customs-related tasks
- Supporting production planning and sales administration
What do you bring?
- MBO+ level of education (e.g., Logistics/Supply Chain)
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and logistics processes
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
- Accurate, structured, and strong communication skills (NL/EN)
- Practical, flexible, and a true team player
