On a daily basis we manufacture, research, and develop automotive and construction machinery products for automobile and auxiliary parts manufacturers worldwide. Including mechanical seals, lip seals, special valves primarily used in the auxiliary parts of automobiles  and floating seals used in the construction machinery.

EKK Eagle Industry Co., Ltd is a Japanese company that, besides the facilities in Japan, retains 58 offices and production plants worldwide. Primarily in Asia, US and Europe, including a sales office in Europe, the Netherlands.

EKK is certified according to ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001.

Invests in Germany-based Simrax GmbH.

1998

Establishment of Eagle Industry France ltd.

2002 Apr.

Releases the Global Cartridge Seal, a cartridgetype mechanical seal that can be
mounted on pumps that meet the global standard and magnet fluid seals for the
semiconductor and liquid crystal industries.

2002 Aug.

Acquires the ISO 14001 certification for the Headquarters and the Saitama Factory.

2002 Sept.

Establishes Eagle Industry (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. in China to manufacture and sell mechanical
seals and reed valves.

2002 Oct.

Releases the EA200 series with worldclass pressure resistance properties among
general-purpose seals.

Commences electronic commerce involving the industry's first Global Cartridge Seals.

2003 Apr.

Nine Eagle Techno companies merge into Eagle Techno Co., Ltd.

2003 Jun.

Acquires shares in Lignum-Vitae Co., Ltd. to enhance and strengthen the marine-related products segment and reorganizes it into a wholly owned subsidiary.
