Management Control Assistant – Permanent – Full Time – Gensac-la-Pallue

EAGLE ABC TECHNOLOGY, a French industrial company established in 1955 and part of the Japanese EKK Group since 2015, designs and manufactures innovative electromagnetic components for sectors including automotive, rail, medical, and energy.

To support its growth, the company is hiring a Management Control Assistant (permanent contract) to assist the Controller in daily tasks: budget preparation, performance analysis, cost control, monthly closing activities, asset monitoring, and participation in audits and process improvements.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management, with at least 2 years of industrial experience
• Proficient in Excel and office tools; ERP knowledge required (SAP is a plus)
• Analytical and detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English is mandatory
